Saturday 17th October- Burgers and Bangers- 10am-1pm

Join us for a morning full of "Burgers and Bangers" right here on our family farm in Herefordshire.

You'll learn how to make your own sausages from scratch using British pork and ingredients. Starting off with a whole shoulder of pork you will learn some butchery skills to start with breaking down the shoulder then mincing the pork. You'll create your own sausage flavour before stuffing your sausages and linking them.

Next up we will create our own burger mix and press them into an size burger you desire.

You will have plenty of meat to take home with you for your freezer.
