Nicki James
Working in hospitality since the age of 14, Nicki has worked in all aspects front & back of houses in pubs, hotels and for the main part, event catering. Being in the kitchen, creating and sharing her hints & tips to make cooking more accessible is where her passion lies. Nicki is a mum of 3 (plus 2 spaniels!) and is also a leader in the local Brownie group.
Aimee Mitchell
Aimee's background is mainly in farming and butchery. After completing an animal management Diploma at Hartpury College, she went on to undertake an agricultural apprenticeship. Since meeting her Husband Tom, she has developed a love for farming and butchery, especially sausage making. They now run the family sheep & cattle farm together and have a young son, Dylan, who is farm mad.
