Saturday 9th March was a big day for Nicki and I as it was the launch of our first joint workshops!
We held two courses, one in the morning and one in the afternoon and they were a roaring success! 11 guests made beautiful Beef Wellingtons to take home along with their side dishes of Dauphinoise potatoes.
