Last week we catered our first joint event as Cookhouse On The Hill. A stag doo evening meal for 20 at Broadfield Court in Bodenham.
Nicki tailored a lovely menu for the group, including a vegetable wellington with red pepper sauce, beef brisket and roast chicken, creamy leeks, dauphinoise potatoes, roast potatoes, roasted vegetables and steamed tender stem. They finished their evening with a huge cheese board which looked fabulous.
