Our last event of 2024 was new years eve for a regular client, cooking for a dinner party to see the new year in.
They enjoyed an array of yummy canapes to start, followed by biggest beef wellington I have ever seen Nicki make! It was a beauty! This beast was carved at the table for them all too see. They enjoyed, fries, minted peas, creamy leeks and braised red cabbage with it followed by stone fruit tarte tatin and double cream.
We have had a fantastic first year. We have accomplished so much and learnt a lot along the way. We cannot wait to get started with the first events in January!
