Leg of Lamb and Boulangere Potatoes evening workshop

Good friday evening saw us host our first leg in lamb workshop. Everyone started with a whole leg of lamb which was then deboned. Everyone made their own flavour of stuffing for their lamb, rolled the joint and tied it up ready for the oven. Boulangere potatoes were next and they all looked so delicious! Thanks everyone for coming, we can't wait for the next one!
