August bank holiday weekend saw us unleash our new beast, our own home build grilling machine, built by Tom on the farm using repurposed materials. We couldn't wait to fire this baby up for a private birthday party hosted right here on the farm.
Home reared lamb and pork was the order of the day, dripping over roast potato's, corn on the cob and tenderstem broccoli. The salads were spectacular and the pudding, well, it was a triumph! Local summer berry pavlova.
